So you need to, check out the steps as listed below to reset the Brother Printer’s drum counter-
- Check whether your Brother machine is ‘turned on’.
- Open the front cover of the machine.
- For 2 seconds press and hold the option ‘Ok’.
- Press the ‘UP’ arrow key from the keyboard or press 1 to reset the drum counter.
- Close the front cover.
